  • All mushroom supplements and related products are considered non-returnable once they have been purchased.

  • Opened or used product containers cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

  • To expedite the process, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement for the damaged or defective product.

4. Refunds
